Order Processing

• Processing time: 24–48 business hours after order confirmation and payment verification.

• Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.

• Business days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Packaging & Handling (Foil-Safe)

• Foil rolls are packed in rigid tubes/cartons with edge protectors to prevent creases and dents.

• No folding—only rolled/boxed dispatch to maintain product integrity.

• Large/bulk orders may be split into multiple parcels.

Delivery Timelines (India)

• Delhi-NCR: 1–3 business days

• Metros: 3–5 business days

• Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Note: Remote locations and festive season/high-volume periods may take longer.

Shipping Charges (India)

• Prepaid: Dynamic at checkout based on weight/volume (dimensional weight may apply for tubes).

• COD (Cash on Delivery): Available on eligible pincodes with an additional ₹[xx] fee; order value limit ₹[xx,xxx]. Couriers may not allow open delivery.
